Ingrediants for Soup: Serve warm.
1 lbs of carrots peeled and Sliced [ .5 Kilo ]
I onion sliced 1 celery stick 1 oz butter [ 30grams ]
2 Pints veg stock [ 1 1/4 Litres ]
Cooking: Melt butter in frying pan and saute the carrots onions and celery until soft Add a tablespoon of flour to thicken Add the veg stock slowly to the veg and floor mixture Bring to the boil and simmer for 60 minutes Allow to cool and liquidise into a fine soup Serving: Heat Soup gently and serve
