Ingrediants for Soup: Serve warm
1 1/2 lbs of Spanish Onions Sliced [ 3/4 Kilo ]
I Clove of Garlic Chopped fine 2 oz butter [ 50grams ]
2 Pints beef stock [ 1 1/4 Litres ]
Cooking: Melt butter in frying pan and saute the onions and garlic until lighty brown Add a tablespoon of flour to thicken Add the beef stock slowly to the onion, garlic and floor mixture Bring to the boil and simmer gentley for 45 minutes French bread: 4 slices of fresh french bread lightly toasted Add Chedder Cheese topping to bread and grilled to golden brown Serving: Serve Soup in bowls Add Grilled French Bread with Cheese topping Enjoy:Bon Appettie
