My Experience with the Factory Programme is as follows:

Profile; male 52 Years Slim Build looking to reduce waistline by 3 inches.

1: The fiirst 10 days cycle I used to get familiar with the Process of keeping records on a daily basis.

2: I did not change my eating or exercise Routine over the first cycle.

3: I then updated the Records, Tables and Charts over the next cycles to get used to preparing charts and reviewing personnel trends from the records.

4: After Analysing 2 Ten Day cycles I realised that my Main area of calorie intake surplus to my needs was from alcohal consumption. [ I was a bottle of Wine a day Man ]

5: I carried on the next cycle not reducing my alcohol intake but increasing my exercise by walking for 30 minutes a day.

6: At the end of 30 days I had lost 2 pounds but my alcohol calorie intake was still approx 1000 calories per day.

7: I had to make a decision and I decided to stop drinking alcohol for a week to see if I could live without it, I felt this problem was controlling me.

8: After another 2 cycles I had reached my goal of losing 4 pounds.

9: Unexpected Benefit was I realised that I did not need to drink everyday of my life, a freeing experience.

10: I now drink 80% less that when I started the Programme. A Finaccial saving of £120 per Month.

11: I have also lost 4 pounds and reduced my waistline by 2 inches.

12: Plan Over the next 5 cycles I hope to get My Waist back so I can wear my Black Dinner Jacket.
